Frequently Asked Questions
What would be the minimum and ideal duration for the event?
Usually Team Builing is a 8 hour event covering all the aspects, we can reduce it depending up on every Client's requirements and results expectations from the event, we usually suggest a minimum of 4 hours to ensure a quantifiable results.
In case number of guest increases before event what can be done?
well we can support from our in house catering facility if the information is updated 24 hours earlier, the only challenge is the yach capacity; if the ncreased number of gusts are with in maximum capacity then we can cover the rest for you.
Is it possible to visit the yachts before booking?
Yes, and we highly recommend it, so that you can visualize the proceedings and is sure and confident of how the evnet will roll out.
What are the safety measures at yacht in case of any emergency?
Every yacht in our fleet is certiffied by concerned authoriteis for safety measures including but not limited to First Aid, life jackets, life guards etc.
Do I need to hire a dedicated Event Planner or Coordinator?
No, our inhouse dedicated team will be facilitating you every step of the way, you can have more detailed services by selecting one of our event management packages to ensure it’s a one window operation.
What other services do you offer?
We offer Event Mangement, Event Designing and Training Need Analysis as well as catering, entertainment and water sports to name a few.
Can you provide A facilitator for the event?
Yes we can provide both from in house resources or an external resource that meet your requirements
Can you do the event schedule for activities?
Yes our experianced and dedicated teams of Event planners can do it for you
How will you align the Event with our requirements?
This is our speciality, we offer to sit with your management and HR for understanding the requirements and customising the event to meet your expectations.

Is there any audio, visual aids available to conduct Events?
Yes we have visual and sound systems specially designed for yachts to cater to this
What is the cancellation policy?
"50% of total charter value if canceled. 100% of charter value if canceled 1 week prior to departure. The trip shall be rescheduled due to weather or no sail permit is issued from the authorities to any other date as requested by the guests with subject to yacht availability. Weekend slots are strictly no refund if the customer changed his or her mind. Terms and conditions can vary on different yachts, particularly if it is an event."
